What are the Clubhouse hours?
Clubhouse staff hours are M-F – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Clubhouse facilities are open from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Is there a limit on the number of pets?
Yes. One (1) Domestic pet (no dangerous breeds refer to resident application) Up to 45 lbs.

What are the specific guidelines for ARC requirements?
Renovations or changes to flooring (such as wood or tile) in the unit must be pre-approved by the Association.  A sample of the flooring and any underlayment must be provided along with the license and insurance of the contractor.  $1,000 security deposit from a contractor is also required.

What is the timeframe for an ARC approval process?
Thirty (30) days 

Is there a sales & leasing application requirement?
ALL SALES ARE PROCESSED THROUGH LOUIS PEPPER. CASTLE WILL NOT PROCESS THESE APPLICATIONS. ANYONE INQUIRING REGARDING THE ABOVE WILL NEED TO CONTACT LOUIS PEPPER - LPEPPER@REDSTARLLC.NET. Homeowners leasing a unit must first have their potential tenants complete a criminal background check. The forms can be requested from the property manager. The clubhouse office is closed to walk-ins. Applications can be dropped off at the front office, call first to schedule an appointment. 954-345-2004

Does the application require Board approval (sales & leasing)?
Yes, BOD must approve all applications for leases. Sale applications are not processed until after closing due to the first right of refusal.

What are the lease restrictions (sales & leasing)?
Minimum is 6 months, No more than twice a year.

Who is responsible for the utilities?
Cable and High-speed Internet 500Mbps are included in monthly maintenance fees. Water is separately metered and billed to the resident (Owner or Tenant).
