About Us
Palms Point Condominium is centrally located just east of the Sawgrass Expressway and West Atlantic Blvd. in Coral Springs, Florida. Our property is a gated community, consisting of 21 buildings with a total of 377 units and a clubhouse. Surrounded by Lake Coral Springs, we offer many on-site amenities for the convenience of our residents. Located in or around the clubhouse we have the community pool and spa, indoor basketball court, tennis court, children's playground, and state-of-the-art fitness centers, we also offer a carwash station with a vacuum machine for your convenience.
